Step #1: Test Project
Before investing $1500 or more monthly in me, you want to be sure I can deliver on my promises. I’d feel the same, so I offer a test project.
Before you commit to anything long-term, we’ll meet to identify the bottlenecks in your business. You may have valuable assets, such as a funnel or an ebook, that you’ve yet to execute or sell. Or maybe you know that optimizing your website could increase conversions, but you haven’t found the time. Together, we will choose one of these issues, and I will get to work on it.
If I exceed your expectations and you enjoy working with me, you can confidently commit to working together long-term. If not, there is no obligation to continue.

Step #2: Data Dashboard
According to LinkedIn, companies that make decisions based on data outperform their competitors by up to 20% in almost every metric.
For that reason, the first thing we’ll do together is set up a Metrics Dashboard where you can easily see all your data in one place.
This will clear up the confusion in your business so that you know what’s working well, what’s not working, and what the next best step is.
Step #3: Strategic Goal Setting
We’ll meet and review all your unfinished projects and projects you’d like to start and use the data to determine which will impact your business the most. You’ll choose the project you want to be finished first, and I’ll get to work.
Step #4: Projects and Processes
I’ll take the project you choose and turn it into an action plan with a systematized process. We’ll use Basecamp to manage all projects (it’s easy to learn, and I’ve got videos for you – so no worries) so nothing gets left on the table.
Step #5: Project and Team Mangement
I’ll assign tasks from the action plan(s) to your team and occasionally to you. I’ll manage training, communication, deadlines, and work quality, ensuring everything exceeds your (and your customers’) expectations.
Something most OBMs don’t offer, but I do, is the ability to manage the tech side of your business. I’ll complete any tech that only needs to be set up once (like setting up the main framework for a shop).
Additionally, I will record myself doing anything that needs to be repeated more than three times. Over time, I’ll use these videos to create a personalized library of training videos that will allow your team members to work more quickly while maintaining quality.
Your training library will also allow you to onboard new team members quickly and effectively, so hiring increases your bottom line instead of just creating more for you to manage.
Step #6: Rinse and Repeat
You and I will meet as often as needed to stay on the same page and keep your business moving forward.
We will also mean yearly and quarterly to discuss any unfinished projects that the data tells us have the potential to increase your income and your vision for your business.
We’ll finish those discussions by choosing project(s) to focus on for the next quarter or year.
